1. DATA PROTECTION
1.1 General
The following general information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data (hereinafter "data") when you visit our website at rechtsanwaelte(at)paulus-westerwelle.de (hereinafter the "website").
Personal data are all data with which you can be personally identified and which can be related to you, such as name, address, age, gender, email addresses, user behavior, etc. The data we process from you depends on the services you use or request or the services you request on and via our website and in the context of the further contractual relationship with us. For detailed information on the subject of data protection, please refer to our privacy policy listed below this text.
We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions according to the DSGVO, the BDSG and the TMG. The operator of the website named in the imprint (or under point 4.) is the responsible person in the sense of Art 4 Z 7 DSGVO. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously.
1.1.1 Purpose of the processing
The data is processed and stored for the purpose of operating an informal and representative website. Still other data is collected in order to offer you our contractual services (via our website), to provide you with contact options and to carry out our business relationship with you.
1.1.2 Duration of storage
The data is inactivated and blocked or permanently deleted after the purpose ceases to apply or at the request of the person concerned, provided that no legal retention periods contradict this.
1.1.3 Legal basis of the processing
The data is published in the course of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO. We hereby pursue the goal of providing the most comprehensive presentation of our company and thus offering users the best possible service.
1.1.4 Categories of data
We process personal data in the form of the presentation of a website, images and, if applicable, moving images, logos, free texts as well as those of the respective visitor in the course of using the contact form.
1.1.5 Categories of recipients
The data is provided to the respective user of the website. These are consumers as well as entrepreneurs. Specified data regarding the use of the contact form will be transmitted to the responsible person (see imprint or under point 4.) to process the request.
1.1.6 Source of the data
The data originates from the person responsible according to the imprint (or under point 4.) and, if applicable, the respective users.
1.2 Liability of the users
All users are obliged to observe laws, in particular the Data Protection Act, and to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of this website in this respect. The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby explicitly prohibited. The operator of the website expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam mails. For the use of this website, it is not necessary to provide personal data such as name, address or e-mail address. We only collect and store this data if and insofar as you provide it to us voluntarily (e.g. when registering for a newsletter).
1.3 Social networks
This website may contain links that may lead to the Facebook portal and/or the Twitter portal and/or the xing portal and/or the linkedIn portal. These are identified in each case by corresponding icons such as "f", "t", "facebook", "tweet", "in", etc. The respective social networks have their own data protection information.
1.4. videos
On our website, we offer you the possibility to view film reports via YouTube videos directly via an iFrame embedding. By clicking on a film reportage, you grant consent in accordance with Art. 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO. Through this process, the service provider Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland may collect personal data from you for the duration of playing the respective video. We do not process or store the aforementioned data. Your consent remains valid until you leave the respective website and is not stored. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=AT
1.5 Google Fonts
External fonts, so-called "Google Fonts", are implemented on this page. The integration of these web fonts takes place via a server call, whereby this is the technical service provider's own server, which has stored the web fonts there.
1.6 Contact form
As soon as you contact us via the contact form on our website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us and, on an interim basis, by our technical service provider for three months in order to process your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO if the user has given his consent. By contrast, the legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Art. 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO. If the e-mail contact is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, Art. 6 para 1 lit b DSGVO applies.
1.7 Applications
If you apply for an (advertised) position on our website via the contact form or via e-mail, the personal data you provide will be stored for the duration of the application process to verify your application and in the course of the subsequent selection process and then deleted. The processing of the data is mandatory for participation in the application process and therefore necessary. If you have given your consent to keep your data in safekeeping, the data will be used for a further six months for the aforementioned purposes. After that, your data will be permanently deleted. In this case, the legal basis for the processing is Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO. You can revoke your consent to the use of your data at any time by sending an e-mail to rechtsanwalt(at)kanzlei-pwk.de. The data will then be deleted upon your express request.
1.8. cookies
Our website partly uses so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files/data records that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser and through which certain information flows to the body (here by us) that sets the respective cookie for the above-mentioned reasons
Most of the cookies we use are so-called "transient or session cookies". They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit and after you close your browser (again). These cookies store a so-called session ID, with which various requests of your browser can be assigned to the common session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website, so that you do not have to log in again each time you change pages, for example. The session cookies are deleted or lose their validity when you log out or close the browser.
Other, so-called "persistent or permanent or protocol cookies" remain stored on your terminal device until they are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie, or until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit and thus save settings and information. This results in faster and more convenient access, as you do not have to set your language preferences for our portal again, for example. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time
So-called third-party cookies from external operators are used on our website (cf. section 5 on YouTube below), which accordingly do not originate from or are not operated by us. Such third-party cookies are used in particular for the collection of information for marketing and advertising purposes or for the production and provision of customized content and for the compilation of web statistics.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies by us or our website and allow certain or all cookies (e.g. third-party cookies) only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing your browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited. If you want to use our websites accordingly to the full extent or comfortably, you should accept those cookies that enable the use of certain functions or make the use more comfortable. The purposes of the cookies used by us can be found in the above overview.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions that you have requested (e.g. video linking or language setting) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services and for the attractive design of its website. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies to analyze your surfing behavior) are stored, these are treated separately in this privacy policy.
1.9 Google Maps™ map service
The Google Maps™ map service is used in accordance with the Google Maps Terms of Service and the Google Services Terms and Conditions on this website. We point out that inaccuracies and errors in the maps cannot be avoided and do not constitute a defect, as they represent an approximation of reality. The display of the map automatically takes into account "do not track preferences" in the user's respective browser, so that it will not be displayed if the "do not track" setting has been activated.
2. DATA SECURITY
The responsible person named in the imprint (see point 4.) takes technical and organizational security measures to protect the data stored by the provider against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons.
3. OPPORTUNITY
You can object to the use and processing of your personal data at any time with future effect by sending an informal message to rechtsanwalt(at)kanzlei-pwk.de or notar(at)kanzlei-pwk.de. The stored personal data will be deleted as soon as you object to the use of your data or the purpose of the data collection has been fulfilled. Nevertheless, official or contractual obligations to retain data remain unaffected by this. In the event that such obligations exist, your data will initially be blocked for further use and automatically deleted after the retention periods have expired.
4. LEGAL NOTICE
Data subjects are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transmission, revocation and objection. If incorrect data about you has been stored, we will of course correct it. If you are of the opinion that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any way, you can complain to the data protection authority. You can also request confirmation from us as to whether and to what extent we are processing your data.
